You need to download Skype and install it in your computer
Register for an account at Skype.com and follow the prompts for downloading it.
1. Go to www.skype.com
2. Click Join Us
To accept calls
Click Answer
Make Skype to Skype calls or call land lines and mobiles phones
Click Call button
Send files to your contacts
1. Click the + icon
2. Click Send File

1. Click the + icon
2. Click "Share screens"
